- 500.sq is equal to one kanal. Application forms duly filled in must be accompanied by the bank draft/pay Order in favor of Park Green City.
- Application forms duly filled in must be submitted along with Cash/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of RGC BUILDERS(Pvt Ltd).
- A copy of CNIC and one passport size photograph would be required along with application forms.

DISCOUNT POLICY
- 20% Discount will be given on lump-sum payment.
- 10% Discount will be given on 50% payment.
- 10% Discount within 30 days from date of application.
- 5% Discount within 60 days from date application.
CORNER PLOT POLICY
- 5% additional in case of short corner.
- 10% additional amount will be charged for a proper corner or main boulevard.
